Hi, Is there anyone who can tell what these numbers like 119500,120000 mean?

It's just the range of numbers that your WAC receipt number (the last 6 digits) )falls in. They are in groups of 500 cases. So the 119500 group is any number between WAC2190119500 and WAC2190119999. The 120000 group is any number between WAC2190120000 and WAC2190120499

Waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting! Our NOA1 was August 24, 2021 so I guess now our NOA2 should be just a few days away. 🙏

I know it's hardly the end of this long process, but waiting so long with no updates makes you feel like nothing will ever happen. So any little sign that we are making progress means so much.

I just received the same thing today. November 7, 2022. What was yours requesting and how long did it take for you to receive it?

Thanks

Hi. They said they need a new certified copy of my police records from the state, when I had just given them an unofficial statement from the police station.. completely my own fault for presuming that would be enough.

I received the physical notice in the mail 7 days after my case status was changed to the RFE. I highly recommend getting informed delivery!

Hi, November filer here but I follow all the groups before ours and saw this. Are you the petitioner or the beneficiary? Also really worried because I filled the forms out to a T but don’t remember anywhere says we need to get police records at this stage when filing. I was under the assumption after approved we would need to for the embassy part. Is that something they absolutely state both sides need? I figured they would just do criminal background checks even if you did have some kind of record. This is the first RFE I have seen like this. Thanks!

I am the petitioner. In part 3 of the forms it asks if you have had any charges or convictions and I put yes because I got an MIP when I was 18. I wrote a statement explaining the charge (dumb teen drinking wine in public), along with the courthouse employee statement, and thought that would be enough since they are mostly looking for domestic abuse cases. They do criminal background checks anyway, so it kind of feels like an unnecessary hurdle.

You only need police records at this stage if there's anything on your record (or if there ever was).

Sorry for delaying guys , I was super busy.

It seems they have some technical issues. Only Rfes , no approval at all!
