    I contacted my senator 1 month before and did a outside processing times request as soon as it was open for me. I got the same response back from senators office as from the processing time request.so I assume it was the request.

    Yaya day 512 like half an hour ago got my approval notice. Now I need to figure out what's the next step on my part! So happy right now.

    I had contacted my senator earlier and I got the same response from them today as well. Guess they were waiting to send the same response.

    Just sent in my outside processing times for 8/24 apparently I can send it on the 11th not the 12th. Sent it now just in case uscis updates times... can never trust them. Got an email saying should get notice of action within 45(ie. rfe approve deny or other) days idk if automated email about 20 mins after sending I the request. Hoping for the best.

    Wow starting to feel left behind now. Still close to 300 cases in August they really should finish prior cases before opening new ones. It's such a mean thing to approve 60-80% of cases and leave 20% in limbo. Without there being any issues since the cases with issues would be in Vermont not in california...

    Agree uscis not doing their job and sending in a huge amount of rfe or keeping people waiting 15+ months and also denying is bad. They need to be sued and held accountable. this makes more sense thanks for the clarification.

    Is it fair to assume uscis wont do anything this week? Since its already thursday and havent touched 128000. I assume the same for the rest. A few rfe recieved but nothing else.

    Does this mean people in August are left behind for now for the most part? Seems like they are heavily working on September and october.

    I think a big number of 128000 was approved today as well.

    100% agree I hate seeing October cases also. I feel happy for them but feel sad when thinking about my fiances ccase.having to see mid sept-late Sept and early October is annoying.

    Yes Elon, he is being rewarded for over promising on most of his projects and his results have always been less than what he has promised. Elon was used as an example since he isn't a politician so I won't offend any political party.

    What's lacking is the people who put out false promises are rewarded for it. Ie(musk). There is no accountability. If we held candidates accountable to their promises then we would definitely have a better society.

    Congratulations. Hoping for mine soon. 128000 hopefully soon. Anyways if you get lucky you might get your visa sent to nvc fairly quickly.

    I'm 128000 also day 456 don't worry we are on the same boat. Any day now stay positive we waited this long and can wait a month more.

    Not to compare to anyone elses group but this is 128000. I am getting annoyed because its taking so long and family isnt helping. They think i did something wrong when filing or something when its taking this long so it doesnt help.

    I'm not sure at all I mean be my guest and check. I'm assuming it's at the end of the day/early morning since people either get their approval early or end of day.

    2-3x a day. I stopped checking yesterday. Also if anyone wants to check their batch there's an app called case tracker by Stephen A. You can put in the 1287500 full form of whatever batch your case falls into and it will scan up to 500 per batch.

    I feel bad for July there are still some cases barely getting approved. Also being august that is what I am afraid of. September almost finished and October starts and I barely get mine... that would be terrible.

    Not bad so far. If you look at all the data including denials withdrawals and etc... uscis has gone through 61.8% of August.

    I'm hoping mine gets approved without issue. I think they are sending rfe if it's not exactly how they want it or if they are pausing the time on cases so they don't get fired or something... hopefully it's something super simple.
