Hello everyone.

After a little delay I am finally sending my I-751. Am I correct in saying that the mailing address is either;

U.S. Postal Service (USPS):

USCIS
P.O. Box 21200
Phoenix, AZ 85036

FedEx, UPS, and DHL deliveries:

USCIS
Attn: I-751
1820 E. Skyharbor Circle S
Suite 100
Phoenix, AZ 85034

I have a choice between USPS and FedEx in my area. Which is the preferred method? I will be looking for a tracked deliver and signed upon receipt service.

Thanks again

I always use USPS Priority Mail.  It includes tracking.  Your preference, but I see no need for a signature at delivery receipt.

I used USPS Priority Mail for my entire immigration process. It has tracking.

Do not get signed receipt. That’s an extra layer you don’t need.  It goes to a “PO Box” which is more likely a giant mail hamper or ten. A USCIS person isn’t sitting in the hamper to sign the card. The post office can’t sign the card for USCIS.  Then you get a puzzling message that the parcel wasn’t signed for. If tracking says it arrived at the post office, then USCIS will receive it.

Use this instead

E-Notification: If you want to receive an e-mail and/or a text message that we have accepted your form at a USCIS lockbox facility, complete Form G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance, and clip it to the first page of your petition.

I sent an I-865 to USCIS a few minutes ago (literally) using USPS Priority Mail.  Total cost was $7.95. I have no concerns.😀

Your choice really. Personally I have used USPS priority mail for my entire immigration journey, it has worked flawlessly. No need for signature confirmation or express delivery or any of that "extra".
