What do you think of the data (below)?  Do you think the US consulate in Ciudad Juarez is artificially slowing don K1 Visa processing to prioritize other work or for other reasons?

Just a note that at some point in May NVC started sending K-1 and K-2 cases to Mexico City instead: https://travel.state.gov/content/dam/visas/Statistics/Non-Immigrant-Statistics/MonthlyNIVIssuances/MAY-2021-NIV-Issuances-by-Post-and-Visa-Class.pdf Page 39

K applicants with cases at NVC are being scheduled for appointments at the U.S. Embassy in Mexico City, in the order the cases were documentarily completed. Those applicants should contact NVC, with any questions.

Many of the CR-1 cases are likely to turn into IR-1 cases too, considering the massive backlog at some embassies.

At least those people will get something more out of the long wait (a 10 year greencard instead of a 2 year conditional one, and no Removal of Conditions down the line), unlike those who filed for the K-1 who will still be in the same crappy situation no matter how long they have to wait for their visas. Yet another reason to NOT choose the K-1 route.

Our K-1 petition has been at NVC since May 2020.Is there any way of knowing what month they are processing for London Embassy?

o try to call and get answers and no one will ever give me anything other than the standard “wait until we reach out to you”.

Is it too late to join the lawsuit?

I was documented qualified on September 2 2020 at the NVC ir1 case. I am waiting for an interview appointment at the US embassy in Amman Jordan.  I heard that they sent out interviews appointments for dqed dates from August 18 2020 to September 21 2020.  But I have not received one. What should I do and has this happened before? And when will I expect to receive a interview appointment?

Can you either track Russia or tell me how to do it so that I can, please?

I'm also interested in Russia. I submitted the application about 45 days ago and we're now waiting for the letter for the interview. It would be great to get an idea of how long that will take.
