JULY 2021 I-129 K-1 FFILERS

Hi everyone, I’m a July 15, 21 filer 469 days now waiting for noa2. I submitted a outside normal processing time to uscis on oct. 25, 22 & this was their response. 

Has anybody received a response like this before? & how long would it take for required security checks to be completed?

Well after 458 days we finally got the NOA2.

 

Now we move over and get in the next line and start waiting again.😁 

 

Time for me to do some research and see what the wait time are for the next steps.

I would guess that it depends on the reason why the security check hasn't been completed. Could just be that they are short staffed on their end.

Hello there, I'm waiting on an interview at Juarez too, did they finally schedule yours? I wanted to ask you if you know how long they're taking, my case became Documentarily Qualified a year ago but still haven't heard anything about the interview.

Yup, it is November 1st and I am still waiting.  Five approvals in 114000 - Not one of them - They still have about thirty-something cases in that number  I think - Cheddy, please if you can, can you check how many more cases left untouched in the 114000 range? Thank you so much GPJB - So I am among the 34 untouched cases - I wonder why it is taking so long. And this is just the first process - still NVC and all that. This process is turning into a nightmare for reals. I tried to do an info pass but it is not going through. I tried to call but I keep getting only the automated system that refuses to connect with a LIve agent.
