Curious for those who have passed nvc stage and now have interview appointments - how long was the total nvc stage for you? Is it truly taking 90 days plus or does it vary?

I am waiting for response on RFE and was wondering how I can prepare for nvc stage in meantime to keep me busy! what are some of the documents that are required?

Does it make a difference in wait time if you are going through lawyer vs following up on your own?

Hi ! thank you for posting these. I just submitted my RFE. For the approvals for 7000 Range would it be a one under ‘in progress’? Because it would not be under ‘new’ correct?

Hi - on the RFE letter I received they said they will respond within 60 days and if not to call or submit inquiry form I believe.

Hello All, Thank you for the overwhelming responses - I appreciate you all! My case is that we have to meet with a chaperon, but my chaperon can’t travel for medical reasons. I have very good evidence of that and they came back with and asked for religious leader letter - that is what I need help with - does anyone have a template or an example of that? They also asked for evidence of our TRADITIONAL wedding ceremony. I have send so many plans from traditional clothes / to design we picked out for wedding invite. Yet it was not enough - so I am asking for help from you guys on what else to include for this? I have sent so much, but it still does not seem like it was sufficient Although this is a very difficult process, and it seems like our fate is at the individual who will be reviewing it. I will keep my faith strong and take my shot. I have waited long enough what difference Will it make Waiting a few more months to get an official answer.

What else did everyone provide? 2. We couldn’t meet in person due to cultural and religious reasons and they want letter from our local religious authority.l to fulfill our waiver. Have anyone done this before and can help me with details or example?
