Do I've to send I-765 form only or apart from that Do I've to send passport photos as well..

Please let me know what else do I've to send along with I-765 form,

Thanks..

yes you need to send 2 passport size pictures, if you have pending i-485 and your paid for it then send a copy of i-485.

A copy of previously issued EAD if any.

Again if you paid for i-485 then you do not need to pay for EAD, it will be free.

If not either send the check/money order or fee waiver.

I mean I don’t care if I need to go I’m ready to go my question if they gonna tell me something like we can’t proceed your interview or? Thanks!

Is nothing to worry about, the officer will not denied your I-485 because your live in a different state he will just forward your I-485 to the  field office with jurisdiction according to your place of residence. After that you will received a new interview date in your new state local office.

Yes N-400 can now be submitted online. Here is the documents list require. You sent whichever applies to you. https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/attachments.pdf

Also this article is very helpful for VAWA applicant naturalization process. https://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/when-vawa-green-card-holders-can-apply-us-citizenship-naturalization.html

Nope no RFE , I asked my attn to submit the request last week so we'll see what they say. I hope they' ll reply. Also congressman requested info 4 times -- no luck.

What rfe you had ? Just medicals ? Did you submit medicals when you just applied or this is your first medical report you sent them ?

Thanks Sandranj  for your reply. I've one Job offer I don't know how much time it is going to take after contacting Congressperson to get my greencard.

Sandranj could you please let me know Can I fill I-765 and directly send it to USCIS or should I've to send it to attorney first.

You can submit form I-765  but you should inform your attorney,  because he/she might  get mad and withdraw from the case.

All depends on the local office, My friend went to the interview the officer say he will sent her I-485 to her new local office, lucky for her the new local office waived her interview and sent her GC. The Waited was around 6 months,... but every case is different.

No it's a work authorization. Now they will transfer your i-485 to local field office for interview if you have pending.

Congratulations though

Thank you. But ive already given my marriage i485 interview. Didnt get green card then cuz medicals were missing. And then i360 happened where i485 was requested to be held in abeyance. Will an interview be required again? Any chances this may be the i485 card?
