    About 10 days, as a matter of fact a day before I got approval, I had gone to send another copy of my medical with signature required because I was afraid usps lost my package lol. You are so close now.

    Guys, I just wanted to come in here and say my GC got approved. I can't believe it has been 3 years that I found this forum and I asked all the silly questions I can think of, and you guys were so wonderful and gracious answering all my questions. You guys are wonderful and only deserve the best of things.

    You guys I am so worried, I sent my medicals to my FO with usps priority but I forgot to add signature confirmation, so now I'm worried usps could mark it as delivered but it could be lost or something. This immigration process is giving me premium anxiety.

    If you are married filing separately and you do not have your spouses ssn, you have to file your taxes in paper form.

    Congrats your vawa is approved. Your status may change to approved, or it may not change and you’ll just receive approval notice in mail like me. Congrats and rejoice

    Just received my C31 EAD this weekend, impatiently waiting for the approval notice, as well as any deficiency or rfe for 485 since my 485 was also transferred to nbc. I feel like I’ve scaled a fence after 360 approval and the journey continues on the other side lol

    I applied 360, 131, 485 & 765, Only vawa was accepted feb 27, 2020, others were rejected twice. No notification on vawa until march 2021, it just said correspondence was received and we are reviewing it, and nothing else till today, it just said usps has picked up the card.

    Hey guys, I don’t know if you guys remember me, before I filed vawa in 2020, I used to come in here and ask so many questions and you guys were gracious enough to reply. I just wanted to say my vawa was approved today.

    Any early 2020 filers still waiting for vawa approval? I am a Feb 2020 filer and I'm seeing people in March and April get approved.
