Hey guys,

Do you know if the doctor does a drug test during the medical examination? I heard they were testing for drugs?

Also, do you know what are they testing for overall?

Thanks so much for your help!

Of course they ask and they test . . . https://hackinglawpractice.com/blog/what-if-i-flunk-my-immigration-drug-test/

If you want to come to the US you need to pass the federal government's rules.

They can and do....and history of drug use is a question which must be answered.

I think it largely depends on your local ASC office.  Look for others here on VJ with recent bio appointments at your ASC and see how long they waited.

Hi,

I revelry filled for an AOS and i would like to know if this is normal: I send my packet in april and 3 weeks after they caches the checks and i got the NOA saying that they received both of our i130 and i130a. BUT i never received any NOA for the other forms we sent. Is this normal? When do they typically send NOA for the form i-485? Thank you so much for your help!
