@viki24 just to clarify why other posters have gotten confused: on this site, the term "overstay" usually means someone who has stayed past the allowable period of time inside the US.

 

Using correct terms is important when talking about immigration, so that people can help you properly.

 

You've said that your mom is a Filipino citizen with a green card. It's not possible for a Filipino citizen to overstay in the Philippines. They can stay in the PH as long as they like because it's their right as a citizen.

 

Based on your posts, the issue is that she has stayed too long outside the US, and how this affects her existing green card.

 

You've been given several suggestions how to fix this problem. It's now up to you and your mom how to proceed.
