Are we suppose to send same stuff we sent in our original application? In the instruction page it says to send new stuff that appeared since our last interview.  Like they already have marriage certificate. I know it doesn’t hurt to resent. But I didn’t include marriage certificate this time around but I did include birth certificate for our daughter. Just hope this doesn’t delay our process😣🤞🏽

Looking at this, [1] it doesn't look necessary to include things like new copies of marriage certificates. I think I looked at some lists of supporting evidence other people were submitting and saw it on theirs. USCIS has also had a history of sending us RFEs for them losing things. Our K1 requested that I send a new copy of a passport photo and evidence of being a US citizen (so they lost my passport style photo and a copy of my birth certificate). Then for AOS, my husband was requested to send an English translation of his birth certificate, when he was born in England (we're still not sure if they just lost the copy or if someone was really that dumb).

I’m leaning toward dump😒. I mean how hard is it to keep papers together that are already clipped. Ok scan them and re-clip them. If they can’t do a simple job, please hire new people. So many people looking for work these days🙄

Thank you! We're doing pretty good! Since the AOS my husband found a job, changed jobs and is now working at the same company I work for. We bought a house about a year and a half ago. We had a daughter who is turning one in mid-June. How have your guys been?

So happy for you guys! 🙌

And we're doing fine, thanks, nothing new except dealing with the USCIS again. This 2 years went SO FAST!

I added ATTN with USPS too; it helps them sort incoming mail right off the bat.

You are fine, however. The worst case is that your package will see a bit of a delay, which I actually doubt because there is no form I-715 to my knowledge. So, the officer will probably be able to tell right away that this is for I-751 and you had a typo on the envelope. No need to worry at all. :)

Haha yes time passed by quickly yet slowly!

I was from September when we were waiting for K1, also applied in Japan. I was doing the daily reports for the group back then.

😊 I just remembered your avatar.
