So I (a Biritsh Citizen) am one of two members of an LLC business established in the US.

 

We have all company paper work including EIN and Articles of Organisation.

 

How can I obtain a permanent/temporary US residence?

 

Please assist me as soon as possible.

Check out EB-5 visa.  This is one of those uncommon instances where a lawyer will help.  Look for one that specializes in corporate immigration.

LLC means nothing, You need to invest $250.000 or $500.000 depending on the area, where you establish your business.

Possibly less for an E2, a lot more for an EB5

Having an LLC registered in the US does not confer any special privileges or green card advantage.   You can apply/petition for any visa your eligible for, just like anyone else.

EB-5 investment required amounts were increased to $900K (Regional Center) and $1.8MM (non-Regional Center).

 

Also, don't expect the process to go fast. Processing times for the EB-5 petition, published by USCIS, are from 29 to 57 months. After approval you still have to go through the National Visa Center process and then the Consular process for interview.

Hello Community

 

I have a Bachelor in Forensic Science from the UK and also a Indefinite Leave to Remain (Settlement Status).

 

I would like to apply for a US Green Card under the category "third preference immigrant worker"

 

How can I obtain a US Green Card from outside the US.

 

1) What petition do I need to file? (is it Mandatory, if yes can I fill it out myself?)

 

2) If I am outiside the US, is the I-485 form applicable to me. I saw that a lot of fields will be left blank by me so I am assuming there is a different route?

 

3) What application steps are applicable in such case?

I am looking forward to your assistance.

If you are referring to the EB3, I believe you have to have a petitioning employer.
