Nothing to worry about. They issued c31 therefore they denied c09. Typically they don't issue 2 ead cards at the same time.

Likely just a glitch. If you dont get the C31 EAD by the end of the month, you can inquire further. Please send pictures of the I360 and I765 case status (with the case numbers blacked out of course), if possible.

I didn't receive any reply but I got a new schedule after a month on my current state. If it's not that far maybe driving is faster but my situation was really far and we need to fly.

from what I know,  there’s no specific time frame that they are following now. I have heard from my lawyer, that several people have been able to hear back within a month or two, while others had to wait way longer than that. The immigration is kind of a mess now, so that’s possible they just have not had a chance to look through  your info yet.

My case was a bit different. My marriage was bonafide but since I traveled between two states for work, it made them require more proof. I sent two affidavits from friends that saw me there and spent time with me at the residence.  They described the residence and the occasion of why they were there. I also submitted a personal affidavit that I lived there. 
I could not reach the land lord for a letter.

Praying 🙏🏻  I sometimes panic but discussing it here helps my anxiety.
