Did you try doing an internet search? I typed in "Police Certificate France" and got this.

What specifically do you need help with?

Are you from France?

No, I'm not from France.

Why don't you give some more information, so that when someone from France shows up they will be more ready to help you?

Patience......patience.

Not from France either, but lived there for years and had to get a police report as well. The document you need to request is called "extrait de casier judiciaire", and you can request it online. I remember that it was the easiest of the different police reports I had to get from various countries.

I believe I got it from here:

The name of paper is it 'casier judiciaire' is there another paper?

Could I get it more than one time? It is available to when? The duration of availability?

No, there isn't another paper.

You only need it 1 time, that's it. It will always be available because it will be in your possession. It will not expire as long as you don't go back to France. What is the problem? You just click apply, use google translate if you don't know French and click submit.
