Anyone know if these guys will slow down for spring break?
we are already seeing a sarcastic slowdown from the 400/week we had in Feb.

I don't think there will be a slow down for spring break. UCSIS doesn't work based on a school year. I just think they are getting to a  transition phase. I'm curious to see how many April cases get approved today as well as next week.

Also, I talked to a person who was doing an AOS. His case was taking a lot longer than usual and others from later groups were approved before him. He ended up talking to UCSIS and the representative told him that it was because he was from France and that that country was on their "caution" list. I wonder if it is the same thing for the K-1 visa. Maybe the Jan/Feb filers who haven't heard anything  are from countries that the US deem "suspicious" for one thing or another and they have to go through additional background checks? I have no idea if this is accurate, but wondering if anyone knows more about that.

Is this end of day? If so that's just embarrassing, very upsetting. I thought 40-50 cases a day for march would be an underestimate lol

Im very curious to see April Numbers as well.

Those are post lunchtime-mid afternoon, but end of day numbers should not be that different.

I have a question for anyone on here. My fiance lived in the US for 7 years. Does she have to submit her police records from the US or just the countries she's lived in outside the US? We've read conflicting articles so just wondering if anyone on this forum knows.

Getting ready to get on the weekly USCIS emotional rollercoaster as I start Monday off as 1 year 6 days waiting on NOA2. As I sit here holding my seat as others all around and later are getting their NOA2, I wish all March 8th fillers and earlier still being skipped over a sprinkle of hope this week brings us approvals. 😐

Hi, all. I know that seeing this can be very disheartening and you may feel very upset, but please try to not feel this way! I felt very upset when this happened at the end of January, but then I realized that this is likely done so that they can catch up and avoid having so many people calling and submitting inquiries, which uses up more of their already limited resources. Please remember that through that time, they continued working on March cases even though their website said February - just that they were likely not getting as clogged by inquiries. After the retrogression at the end of January, my petition was approved within a week. Try to remain positive even though I know how difficult it is.

I understand, and I know this is right.

However, the emotional side tell us that this means that there is no hope in catching up any speed, and maybe there will be continuing delays. At their pace of productivity, people that are filers from a few months from March will be looking to a timeline of over 16 months to get the Form approval, which people in the forum thought it was excessive. But with only 300 hundred approvals per month accross the board, each month will take at least 2 months to get done, considering there is usually at least 2700 filers on all the months I have looked at.

In summary, that is why this is a blow. Because it only masks the problem. I.e. the additional workload that they may be in theory, able to process, is far from enough.
