ROC approved! :) New card in the mail as of yesterday. They waived our biometrics and interview as well.

We received the extension letter about a month ago, so figured it would be a longer wait!

NOA1 was April 20th, 2021.

I am MSC, I do not even find a time processing for this... I guess the "all field offices".  Anyone else still waiting? If we don't get an interview or anything and it comes time to apply for citizenship, we move forward to that, correct?

Same situation here- just got changed to ready for interview.  I am wondering how to long to expect to receive a date because I am expecting our first baby in February.  Also I see almost all K1 filers are being waived for the interviews, but us CR1 are not.

Im guessing they never did the interview here in the States that’s why……. From what I hear all CR-1 are going to have in person interviews with the spouse attending also

Yea I agree- I think that’s why! It’s odd to me in general because I feel like I had to submit a crazy amount w my original I-130 and the CR/IR process is actually more tedious than K!  I guess I’ll bring all my old I-130 docs with me too just in case.  Are you waiting on interview as well?
