Anyone has any updates with EAC applications? I’m 2 months away from being eligible to apply for citizenship and still no updates other than fingerprints waiver.

I just saw you had a fingerprints waiver as well like me.

I think you can begin working on your naturalization. Have strong documentation,

EAC here. No update since fingerprints waived in March. Did you have biometrics?

People here ---

What does the processing time look like for EAC? Any EAC Jan-21 applicants have approval?

I did biometrics when I applied for AOS. They waived it for ROC.

My darling filing period won’t open until 11/15. Still about 2 more months for EAC to work through my application!

Hello my people , Has anyone from Vermont (EAC) got approved at all ? I know a guy who applied in November 21st 2020 and he got approval 3 days ago.

Looking at the spreadsheets I don't see any approved in December or January from EAC.

6 weeks away from doing the n-400, I read something about them occasionally making it a combination if the i751 and N400 are both outstanding. Maybe that happens in our cases.

This cant be right? EAC aka VAC is working on Jan 2020? #######. I think I will be eligible of citizenship by then. Anyone knows if I can apply for citizenship before the I751 approval?

You absolutely can. It is advisable, because it forces the officer to look for your ROC case first in order to recommend your naturalization. So I’d just go ahead!

Anyone know what happened to the Jan 2021 spreadsheet?

Something happened to all of the google sheets (many months).  A kind soul in the September group put together a recovered sheet with the other months included in it:   https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1vonQCJgs9HODO2Y1DdSs3HNyL_FRnMfenlIeDQAUpWg/edit#gid=1570405059
