there are many December 4 fillers in this category and bad luck we were the last ones to be processing because there were some other December fillers as well

We were approved this week, july 22. We sent our application dec 7 and have a receipt date of dec 8. We actually didn't receive the notice until February. So it does appear that your noa2 is based on

We were just approved! NOA1: December 28, NOA2: August 11 😭🥰

we last saw each other: March 2020
I-129F sent: 12/24/2020

USCIS received: 12/29/2020

NOA1 notice date: 2/27/2021

NOA1 receipt date (backdated): 12/28/2020

NOA2: 08/11/2021

NOA2 paper copy: 08/18/2021

NVC received: 08/25/2021

NVC number issued: 09/01/2021

Wondering if anyone has their Nvc case number yet? I called today to try and get our case number and they said our case just arrived today so they hadn't created a case number yet. Seems weird because our noa2 was July 21.

What is the realistic expectation of how much longer before your fiancé arrives in this country after we get NOA2? I’m guessing 6 to 8 months?? What Do you guys feel like

Depende on the embassy. Our embassy is Colombia and I'm thinking at least 1 year to even get an interview.

I think NVC has slowed down slightly in the past 2 weeks. We were only approved today but my fiance and I are not going to contact the NVC for at least another 3-4 weeks as that seems to be about the time it takes for them to receive the case and issue a number

Depends on the embassy and how long it has been closed due to COVID lockdowns. Unfortunately Manila has a significant backlog as the embassy has been shut to full operations since March last year and people from 2019 are now slowly starting to get interviews. 

 

For us, Sydney was moving with no backlog up until 6 weeks ago when we went into lockdown due to Delta variant. Now we are backlogged too :(

So frustrating that everything is delayed.

 

Travel Visa interview was cancelled in November 2020.

 

K1 Visa submitted in 12/3/2020. Was told it would take 2 days to be delivered but was delayed and not received until 12/23/2020

 

NOA1 Notice not received until March 2021.

 

Still waiting on NOA2.

 

From what I been told K1 Interview may be as far a 1 year out.

I was approved on July 20 and they told me my case was received on August 5. They also said that they are creating cases received from July 30 and that I will check on the page by what date they are working. and the page says the same until today
