Still nothing showing in the documents tab for the RFE

I never received an email letting me know that they were sending one, I just logged in as I do daily and saw it.

I read somewhere (maybe this site) that a RFE isn't available to view through the portal.

Seems like folks on Reddit are reporting similar issues since the redesign:
https://www.reddit.com/r/USCIS/comments/mnk810/we_have_mailed_a_request_for_evidence_to_you_this/

The consensus there seems to be that this is a bug and that they are not expecting to see anything.

On my end, I contacted someone via USCIS Live Chat (http://ceciva.uscis.gov/Alme) and they said that a Tier 2 person will call me back within two weeks.

Yay. Waiting game.

Ok, I'm seeing this being posted in a lot of places that probably it is a system glitch/error.

I emailed them through the website but have not gotten a reply, but I just emailed them earlier this morning. 😁

LOVE the waiting game 🙄 not!

Thank you!!

I'll update if anything changes.

hi everyone, today i logged into my online account and saw this message for my n400 application:

"Your next milestone: attend your interview"

i didn't recieve any interview letter and case status is still "fingerprints taken"

what does this mean? does anybody have any idea? i don't want to miss an interview so how can i make sure what this means?

i also have a pending i751 too and there is no news on that either.

thank you.

it's the same for me and several others and sounds a general message for those done their biometrics or got waived. Just wonder where do you see "fingerprints taken" message as your case status?

Yeah, for some reason they never sent you any notification (not text or email) for biometrics reuse, it just getting uploaded into the document tab
