Update for the June filers.

My NOA1 from Texas Service Center was issued on June 4th, 2020. My case was first touched January 8th, 2021 and I just received notice of approval with NOA2 on January 11th, 2021.

Now onto the NVC stage....

Another update here - received my case number and IID via email from NVC today (1/21) exactly 10 days since my NOA2. Things seems to be moving quickly.

I hope you get yours soon!

The approval came from Texas Service Center

How far from “actively reviewing your case” did you get a decision?

My spouse just received the letter in India. I wonder why I never got the letter/email.

Will NVC send anything else in the mail because the address we used during I-130, no one will be living there from April and onwards. I'm debating whether I should change overseas address.

Any June 2020 filers out there still waiting on an approval of your I-130? I filed abroad online originally went to Texas has been transferred to Potomac. Going on 11 months and no changes in status. Just curious if anyone is still waiting or if you've been approved...where/when?! Thanks!!

Yep, Im still waiting.  Originally filed at TSC transferred to VSC in February. No clue why.  We (our lawyer) submitted an inquiry and they responded that it is within processing time. Others got approved after filing this past January! So frustrating.

Just wanted to add as of today May 7, 2021 it is finally "under review" who knows how long it will take but I'll continue to update incase anyone is interested.

Okay I was never notified from USCIS I have the lawfully app and got a notification from them. I logged into USCIS and decided to check the documents tab because I'm paranoid of getting an RFE and there was actually an approval notice! So everyone just be sure to check your documents tab because your status may not update! For reference it took 311 days. TSC transferred to Potomac (idk when the transfer took place) Good news is coming you guys. It feels like it will never come until it does!
