Okay I was never notified from USCIS I have the lawfully app and got a notification from them. I logged into USCIS and decided to check the documents tab because I'm paranoid of getting an RFE and there was actually an approval notice! So everyone just be sure to check your documents tab because your status may not update! For reference it took 311 days. TSC transferred to Potomac (idk when the transfer took place) Good news is coming you guys. It feels like it will never come until it does!

That is awesome news!!!! Congrats! Keep us posted!!!!

Congratulations! Exact same here. Our submission date was June 30th 2020, and finally approved on May 7th, 2021.

I'm trying to be good about updating sooo...May 7th saw the approval notice in the documents tab. May 10th status changed to approved officially. May 13th received a notification that my case was sent to NVC. An hour later I received the welcome letter in an email and was able to login and pay fees same day. Now we wait for fees to process and begin submitting documentation. Good luck to everyone and I hope your I-130s are finally starting to get approved!!

Hi guys,  so it looks like they "touched my case" I think.  I filed june 2020. But the notice I got today is the same one I got when I recieved my reciept notice the first time. What does that mean.  I follow other I130 cases on my app and the same thing happened to theirs today.

Hello everyone. One quick question. My sister filed for her husband i130 spouse petition In June 2020, she received her NOA 1 on June 16th and her case went to Vermont service center. Anyone has any idea how long it will take to get NOA 2?? It’s been more than a year!

Anyone with the same issue??

It was approved on the same day! I had to look under documents and there sat the approval letter. Although my apps have not told me about the approval yet. Anyway just thought I would let everyone know. It took 464 days
