I just received my combo card on 19th (but collected it today). I’m so happy ☺️ Somehow the ‘case tracker’ didn’t notify me about any status change so I’m so surprised ❤️

Oh man, good to find this thread.

I haven't heard anything except a letter saying my application was missing the medical part. It also said to get it done but not to send it in, that if needed it will be requested at the interview. But it didn't mention anything about being ready to be scheduled or anything like that.

I haven't heard anything else from USCIS and online there haven't been any changes since back in the fall.

It's nerve-racking

08/24/2020 - Sent Concurrent Filing for I-130 & I-485 (inc. I-765 & I-131) to Chicago Lockbox via FedEx

08/26/2020 - Application Received by USCIS

09/25/2020 - Debit Card charged by USCIS

09/28/2020 - Received I-797C Rejection Notice in the Mail (reason: outdated I-765 form)

09/29/2020 - Received Text Message Receipts (I-485, I-130, I-131)

10/05/2020 - Received Hard Copy Mail Receipts (NOA?) (I-485, I-130, I-131)

10/12/2020 - Sent new I-765 form

10/14/2020 - New version of I-765 received in Chicago

03/10/2021 - Notice of Deficiency (Missing I-693 Medical Form)

06/25/2021 - Receive Biometrics Appointment Letter

07/23/2021 - Biometrics Appointment at Norfolk VA USCIS Office

07/23/2021 - 485 & 765 statuses changed to "Initial Review"

07/29/2021 - Interview Ready to Be Scheduled

08/13/2021 - Interview Scheduled for September 21st

09/21/2021 - Interview at USCIS Norfolk VA

09/21/2021 - Email saying “card produced and mailed”

09/24/2021 - Approval email sent for I-485

09/28/2021 - Green Card mailed by USCIS (email notification)

09/29/2021 - Green Card delivered to mailbox (also email notification)

10/01/2021 - I-765 rejected because “benefits were obtained via other means”

 

13 Months Total, No Lawyer or assistance besides USCIS website and VisaJourney, you can do it too!!!!

Similar timeline to everyone in here. PD date of 09/21 and no biometrics nor courtesy reminder for medical. Contemplating calling but kind of feel I would just be wasting their time...

you should call. thats what i did. i think trying to expedite even without bio will trigger it. i got the appt a few days after calling.

Actually, I believe you're posting in the wrong thread. You'll find other September AOS from B1/B2 filers here-

Did you answer the RFE you received? 

 

If you have done that, I suggest chatting with a live agent and requesting the I-765 be expedited.  They will ask which of the 4 reasons for your request.  Pick one. Within a few days the expedite will be denied because no bio. But that seems to cause bio to be scheduled.

Only 9 months of following and participating in the wrong thread. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I thought there was just one AOS thread for each month. I answered RFE even though they had already eliminated the form. Got biometrics notice today!

We had an interview scheduled for July 1. We got and update saying that the interview was canceled .

Interview Cancelled And Notice Ordered

On June 15, 2021, we cancelled your interview for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number ***********, and mailed you a cancellation notice. We will notify you by mail if the appointment is rescheduled, a decision is made, or if we need something from you. Please follow any instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by July 15, 2021, please . Has anyone else had this happen or know what could of happened?
