They are asking for my I-693 as well, so I'll send together.

Just send-in the sealed I-693. Disregard the part about I-944: https://www.uscis.gov/green-card/green-card-processes-and-procedures/public-charge "If you received a Request for Evidence (RFE) or Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID) requesting information that is solely required under the Public Charge Final Rule, including but not limited, to Form I-944, and your response is due on or after March 9, 2021, you do not need to provide that information. However, you do need to respond to the aspects of the RFE or NOID that otherwise pertain to the eligibility for the immigration benefit sought. If USCIS requires additional information or evidence to make a public charge inadmissibility determination under the statute and consistent with the 1999 Interim Field Guidance, we will issue another RFE or NOID."

I found an app called Lawfully (I swear it's not advertising lol) and it predicts that I'll have my case approved between Feb 1 - May 2 with 46% probability. The probability of getting it approved before July 31 is 76%, so I guess that looks pretty good...? My visa expires on August 15 though, so I guess I may have to take a leave of absence from work at some point if it doesn't happen soon... So worried!

(Together with my I-765 which was sent in late, the chances of me not having a working visa by the time my H1B expires is just below 10%... I'm going crazy doing all the math haha)

I just received my combo card yayyyy!

does anyone know how long it usually takes for the SSN to arrive once you get the combo card? I requested my SSN with my EAD application

Usually 1 or 2 weeks.

Should you call the SSN office or will it arrive on its own?

If you requested SS in your I-765, it will be delivered to your home.

Has anyone here already replied a RFE after I-944 died?

I wonder what exactly I need to put in my RFE package.

Like RFE copy + a letter stating that I'm not sending the I-944 because it has been discontinued?

They are asking for my I-693 as well, so I'll send together.

Any suggestions?

I got one on saturday and they were just asking for I-944 and all I did is put the RFE copy + a cover letter explaining that the form is no longer required acording to uscis.gov/i-944 and I printed the page and sent it back inmediatly via usps.
