How many of you included 2 affidavits with your package?

I sent 2 for my I485 2 years ago and completely missed where it mentions you should in the i751 instructions. Im in a Facebook group where almost everyone says they did and the few that didn't mentioned they had to eventually send them in after the USCIS asked for them adding an extra month or so delay.

I didnt send any. I think if you are low on evidence they will help but if you include enough evidence they are not needed.

I did not send affidavits. It is my understanding that....The only reason to send affidavits is because your proof is weak (aka no mingling of finances, no proof of living together or being married).

Finally got the fingerprints applied to my case.

Received a text message and an email this morning that an action was taken on my case. So I logged into myusicis.com account and found out the case status as "Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken".

Received out NOA advising we don’t have to go to another biometrics appt and they’re using my wife’s original prints and photo. So at least there’s some action being taken. Oh and they aren’t reimbursing me the biometrics fee. Lol. Would love to get the interview waived too. Already went through one. Good luck all
