Hi guys. Just received my 797.

7/14/20 - Application mailed

7/17/20 - Application received

7/24/20 - Text notification received with a WAC number.
7/31/20 - 797 received. Printed on 7/26/20

I did notice that on my 797 it shows me both for beneficiary and petitioner. Did everyone else have this too? Just want to make sure it’s normal.

Same. My husband's (US Citizen) name isn't on the i-797.

For those of you who mailed in their applications early this month and received their 797, where did you send your application to?  We are still waiting for our 797, below is our timeline.

July 6th mailed to Arizona lock box

July 9th, received

July 22nd cc charged

July 24 enotification received.

August 1 still waiting for 797

We still have till August 8th to receive it before we should be concerned.  But still, seems like our case is taking longer for everything compared to other people's cases.

Yes this is still the most recent version to submit. The application fee is also still the same.

While USCIS has released the upcoming fee increases, these will not take effect until October 2nd, so for anyone applying now the $595 + $85 biometric is still the amount you want to send.

Do you have a case number? If so, I would check here (https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do) is they sent you a receipt . If they did, I would not worry too much. It should be at your mail box soon. Good luck.

Does it say something like this?

Case Was Received

On XXXXX, we received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number XXXXXXX, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by August 19, 2020, contact the USCIS Contact Center at www.uscis.gov/contactcenter. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

if so, they sent you the I-797 NOA, and it is just a matter of time for you to get it
