Can someone with approved i130 apply for driving license . The approved i130has been forwarded to NVC. We have also applied for adjustment of status. Can a driver's license be gotten at this point.

An approved i130 does not grant anything.  In some states the I797 from the i485 might be acceptable

YMMV

An approved I-130 only establishes a relationship between the petitioner and beneficiary.  It does nothing else.......

I would suggest getting the I-130 back from the NVC if you're adjusting status now.

You probably have to wait for the EAD.  Look at your state dmv.

I know in Florida you can use the I 130 and I 485 receipts to get a DL along with the other required docs. Not sure for other states

This! The case has nothing to do with NVC if you filed for adjustment of status. Did you attach the receipt notice for the I-130 when you filed the I-485?

I know that most states give you a DL if you have the EAD card in hand. Did you file the I-765 along with I-485?

Some states grant license based on AOS receipt but approved I-130 means nothing
