Knmuffin congratulations. Oh I'm so happy for you. 🤗

USCIS received our petition on March 3rd 2020. I wish and hope for this good news also.

My petition is at the California Visa center.

Dont think so much about the wait time. Just focus on having everything ready in case they ask for certain RFE's. I know I'm going way ahead but I would also make sure I know where to obtain civil documents. I was at the california service center and it took them a while to process and approve my petition. But like you said. Hope for good news on your behalf soon.

Yea. Well with the current situation going on I even put the waiting time to be like 12 months. But at California service center they say its 8-10.5 months. Not sure how accurate it is.

But I always say everything will happen at the right time. So I will be patiently waiting for that moment😊

Everyone stay hopeful!  They are processing applications faster than you think!

I received my NOA2 in 49 days!!! And in 2 days got sent STRAIGHT to NVC and received my case number to pay fees & get started!!😧

I am very much in shock that this is flying by so quickly.

Do not get discouraged..stay faithful and keep your hopes up during this time!!❣️

That's such good news. Happy for you 🤗. We all need to be very hopeful indeed.

Did you apply for your application to be expedited by any chance?

I was considering it, but I did not!!

My application was transferred from Texas to California, and then straight to NVC.  These are unusual times, but I think that somehow, someway applications will be processed A LOT faster than we are thinking!

We sent our I130 application on January 2, 2018 and it was approved on February 28, 2018. So after 2 months only. Nebraska Center ☺️☺️☺️ Got my CR-1 visa on July 16, 2018. So the whole process was 7 months only 👍🏻

I really hope so!! I submitted the i130 for my husband and we’re constantly checking the site to see if there is any progress. I just keep looking at the March 17 date and it won’t change. It’s discouraging as it’s important for us to get back as soon as possible.
