Same thing happened to me. I had my interview in February and got approved. When i checked my account online, it said you attended your interview you don't need to do anything else and below it said we approved your application.

In short: Congratulation!! Now we just wait until USCIS offices are open so they can send us the naturalization ceremony letter. :)

Then again confirms you’re approved. Congratulations.

For two similar situations (Both approved)  the information on egov.uscis.gov is different.

for us it says “submitted for quality review based on the approval recommendation”.
Whereas for sanil1986, it says Oath ceremony will be scheduled...kind of interesting..

any thoughts??

I never got the quality review step on my case status, but all cases go through quality review so... 🤷‍♀️  Does it say anywhere on yours approval/awaiting oath or similar?  If not yet it could be that your case is delayed at the QR step. If it’s already listed as approved somewhere else then...who knows
