APRIL 2020 I-129F (K-1) Filers

As of today, there are forty three (43) 129F petitions between 2090091100 and 1300 I just did those 200 since mine is smack dab in the middle at 1199. Of those 43, 21 have been approved, 8 have been rejected, 6 are awaiting additional evidence, 7 are "Received", and 1 was updated for a name change. Of the 7 showing "Received", 6 are dated 6 April, with 1 dated 27 March. That just seems odd to me. While I didn't break down the numbers when I looked a few days ago, I did notice that 6 April was the most common date (by far) without action taken. Why is that?

This isn't an answer to your question, but how do you know the amount of applications in that range and how do you see which ones are at which status? I would love to be able to see this info for the applications that are around my application number and mine is not within that range, it's further back (higher number of last 4 digits)

I use Case Tracker on my iPhone. It allows you to search up to a block of 500 cases. Then you can sort by petition type. It's pretty cool, but has only raised more questions for me. It seems the federal worker who was assigned 6 April cases has been on vacation for the last month or so lol

Can I give you some advice? You should be paying attention to your embassy's P3 letter and follow what they are requesting of you or what is required. Fingerprints will be taken at the interview. I recommend that you also go to the blue ribbon above, select "forums" then scroll about three-fourths of the page down and select the region that most represents where your country is located.  There you can be with others from your country/region where you can be a part of the conversation.

sorry, P3 letter ?  We haven't received a P3 letter AFAIK. I never even got a NOA1 for myself. Is the P3 sent to her then ? 😱

FYI, I haven't gotten my NOA2 yet. I was just looking at other cases about finger printing.  And I was wondering who has to get fingerprinted. Her being fingerprinted is understandable

Some of the cases in your search results aren't K-1 petitions that's why.

They are just in the middle of April. April has been truly fortunate as their case adjudication has been up ticked over other months. The thing that ALL must consider is, even though your NOA2 hasn't been completed if your embassy is not open to doing visa interviews, then this argument becomes a moot point. 

 

The NOA letters are sent via snail mail to the petitioner, so the petitioner needs to be sure to have thier address up to date with USCIS. If you completed a G-1145 E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance, then you may, "your mileage may vary", receive an email.

 

Fingerprints are for the beneficiary as they are used to search a database to ensure before the visa is issued that there are no outstanding criminal cases worldwide. If clear, then the visa continues its adjudication process.

Okay so I understand that these times are pretty tough but I checked the app and saw that for the 100 cases from my case number (My NOA1 is April 7th) not a single other April 7th case has been looked at yet (apparently). Literally all of them are only saying that the case has been received. Why is it that it only sees to be the April 7th cases that haven't been looked at yet? Do they perhaps have some person that is specifically there to look at April 7th cases exclusively or something nd they're like, on vacation or something?
