We got a text notification yesterday that the case was received, and our check was cashed today! Whew! I was nervous that they would incorrectly reject the form or something.

Our case number starts with LIN.... so Nebraska. Looks like it's the slowest processing center (currently taking up to 26 months). Oh well!

Sent our packet this morning after a disaster with our printer this weekend! Now the wait begins. Just hope we sent enough evidence. It felt like a lot but then didn't look it once compiled. Wishing everyone a speedy ROC.

I felt this way too. We didn't have an issue with bona fide evidence for the AOS though, so I'm hoping that'll be true for the ROC too. Worst case scenario, we can send them more documents. (this was what I told myself to finally stop adding to our evidence and just mail the thing out). 😂

We submitted about 125-150 pages in total (includes some documents that are pretty long, like our lease and bank statements). How many pages do you have so far?

Since yours is due next week, I'd strongly recommend mailing it ASAP because you never know what issue might come up. Some people on here have said that USCIS has returned their packages because of using the "expired" form (even though there is no replacement form yet). You need some wiggle room for error.

So far we have  210 pages that also includes 2 long documents like our lease and a power of attorney.

I am planning to send it immediately once our eligible date is due, as I know we can't send it even one day earlier, otherwise they will send it back

I did follow some of the post where USCIS sent back the package for outdated form edition though there isn't any one updated as we speak yet, so all I can do is to send and attach a screen shot of the edition date on USCIS website where it says that this is the latest edition and they are going to issue and version soon but we are allowed to use it till they upload the new one,

thank you for your reply.

Oh! Haha. I thought by "due date" you meant next week was the end of your window to file for ROC. That would have been risky!

Yes, I've heard it's best to wait a couple days after the first eligible date, just to be safe. I didn't attach a screenshot with my package but they accepted it nonetheless. Just waiting for the I-797 now!

Wow lol. I'm betting ours was only 75 pages or so....could be wrong. For anyone who's interested we had: 2 years tax returns, joint bank account opening letters, joint account statements for a few months, apartments leases for 2 apartments, deed to our house, homeowners insurance for 2 years, letters from our HOA, car insurance joint policy, life insurance policies for the both of us, health insurance printouts, military ID cards, military LES, military emergency contact data, flight documents from trips and about 15 pictures of us together and with family/friends.

The big page fillers for us were the utility bills - lots of blank and junk pages but they were numbered so did not want to take them out of there. Oh and the bank statements. USCIS asks you to print single sided so there was that too.

That makes sense. Most of our documents were only a single page. We used our bank statements to show utility bills. And our bank statements were only 1-2 pages each (we only use the joint account for bills and transfers). The biggest documents were our tax returns. Even our deed is only 1 page long somehow.

I feel like we underestimated the importance of ROC. We assumed this was the easy part after AOS and K1 application. I could just be being paranoid now since its sent. I guess we'll find out how much evidence they really wanted... in maybe a year haha.
