MSC here, anyone from MSC get approved?? I am seeing a lot of the others have at least one or two approvals, but there has been zero movement for us.... Case Received!

I’ve seen no movement at Potomac either. Just sitting here.... waiting.
I’m planning on sending my UK passport off for a name change soon (I never did do that!)  and then start collecting for N400. 🤷🏽‍♀️ All we can do is wait.

Do we have a group set up yet for this, or is there a general group? I guess its almost time to have one so we can start chatting about N400 and the next step.

Please feel free to make one and paste the link here so we can all talk about the next step

We just got an update from USCIS. We still haven’t got the biometrics done or applied. However, they have transferred our case yesterday after a long wait.

Is this a positive sign? Or do we start at the back of the line again? Anybody else suddenly get their case transferred after a long wait? Our filing was with WAC.

Here is what it said:

On January 20, 2021, we transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number WAC2XXXXX, to another USCIS office.

April 22, 2020 - I-751 sent

April 23, 2020 - I-751 received at Lockbox

April 29, 2020 - Check cashed
??? - didn’t receive text or email confirmation. Ugh!

Most likely your case will get transferred to NBC and put ahead of the queue. I would read it as a good news!
