My packet was delivered on April 20th but havent got the NOA. I called the Uscis and was told that its been sent to me just Usps might have lost it

Our case got accepted on 4/23. We called USCIS because we didn’t even get the email. The agent said we should have already received the NOA. Based on your case being one day earlier than ours I would call them. She told us to send an email to the lockbox to get a new NOA issued which we did today. 

April 22, 2020 - I-751 sent

April 23, 2020 - I-751 received at Lockbox 

April 29, 2020 - Check cashed
??? - didn’t receive text or email confirmation. Ugh!

We just sent the lockbox support email today. Let you know when we hear back from them.

05/01 got text confirmation with receipt number and stating that the actual receipt notice will follow in the mail

Check was cashed on 05/04

till today didn't receive the notice in the mail yet.

Am just wondering what is a Lockbox? we sent our package with Fedex to the following address:

should I write one check for $680. or should I have have two separate checks: one for 595 and one for 85?

May 15, 2020 ROC Mailed Out

May 18, 2020 Delivered Thru USPS

June 4, 2020 Check Cashed & Text Msg Received (WAC Center)

June 17, 2020 NO NOA :(

June 18, 2020 submitted e-request for not getting NOA & assigned to an officer right away

June 19, 2020 officer replied and NOA sent out

June 25, 2020 NOA In mail (yay)

When you re-sent your package, did you resent it to the address that was listed on the rejection letter? I noticed it is a different address from the one we originally sent the package to. 

 

also, besides putting in the correct check, is there anything else you added/fixed?

They said the same and just told me to email the lockbox support. I did that yesterday and she said to wait to business days to hear back from them. So we will see. I saw a few people not even getting responses from the email. No idea how this is supposed to work if we can’t get a receipt number.

I email mine yesterday night. Customer service said you should receive a response within two business days. So I should hear back Monday. This has never happened to me before so it’s very overwhelming!
