N400 NOT saving attachments

It is saving all the multiple choice answers and typed info, but every time I go back to the attachments, they all disappear. Got to the end, went back to review, all the photo attachments just disappeared. Is this a bug? Is this some known issue?

 

Using Google Chrome.

NVC Received Case: 11/12/15


NVC Scan Date: 12/2/15

AOS & IV Package sent: 12/16/15


NVC Case Complete: 1/26/16


Interview Date: 4/27/16


Interview Result: Approved!!!

I found that if I deleted a file, it would delete all files. 

Non-Immigrant visa - H1B

Feb 2001. Enter the US

Nov 2004. Married to USC

May 2006. Depart US

 

Non-immigrant visa - L1A

Dec 2013. Enter US

 

AOS. 

May 2016. AOS submission.

June 2017. 10 year GC received

 

N400

March 22nd. N400 submission window opens

March 23rd. N400 submitted online

March 24th. Everything now visible in N400 online dashboard

I am having similar challenges @Thomianguy there are no error messages yet I do not see my uploaded attachments. What did you end up doing if you do not mind me asking?

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

 

Now a US citizen!

This is a known issue. You have to use Internet Explorer.

Chrome, Firefox, Safari or even Microsoft Edge do not work for the attachments. I read here that people have gotten away with putting all documents in the additional documents section, but I did not want to do that.

 

You need to use Internet Explorer 11.

I had no problems with Firefox. However instead of uploading files as I went I placed them in a separate folder, then when I was done with the written section I uploaded all the files from the folder and submitted straight away.
