My fiance posted our I-129F form on the 02/02/2020. We got NOA1 on the 10/02/2020. I am glad to have found this forum. Let the waiting game begin. I am the beneficiary.

Congratulations and welcome.

Hello fellow-filers: We sent in our application on January 31, 2020 and received our NOA1 by text on February 7, 2020. Our NOA 1 letter was received on February 10, 2020.

Wishing our peer group the best.

I mailed out our I-129F on February 22nd to the Dallas PO Box. It was delivered February 25th.  Does anyone know how long it takes before they notify me of anything?

I went through this process once before in 2016 with my now ex. But I sent the application to Lewisville TX. Less than a week USCIS sent me a text with my receipt #. Does Dallas take longer? So far my check for the application fee hasn't been cashed. I'm getting anxious that maybe it got lost or misplaced! 😬

It's very rare that it gets lost or misplaced. A couple of things to look for, and you have used some of the techniques already, but one was the package signed for? Two, has your check been cashed or charge card been charged? Has it been more then two weeks from USCIS receiving your package. Those are the signs. But still no one can say with a certainty if and when you will be notified. We see 1-4 weeks on average. You're very early on in the process and you are already anxious even as a veteran of a previous visa process. Mmmmm. Give it a some more time.

BTW can we get you to finish your profile so we know what embassy you will be interview at. When finished you should see a flag in your profile on the left column. You'll notice others have done the same.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you. Thanks

Shipped ours out February 21. Got a text message stating it was received on February 28.

Congratulations.

We need a little housekeeping on your end. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

Thanks

Did you get a NoA? I sent mine 2/24 and haven’t gotten anything so wondering if someone who sent the same week as me got anything. I also sent to Dallas

The normal process after it has been received is notification of the NOA1 will take place after 2 weeks. You just hit 6 days. Not enough time to be looking for the NOA1. It's a long process with a lot of waiting. My suggestion is to let the process proceed as designed and you will be better off because of it. Welcome to the slow boat "to china" as they say.

Having your funds removed from your account is a good feeling but it leads to a long wait. Rest assured that things are moving much faster then they did a year ago when it was taking upwards of 7-12 months.
