Can someone explain me, why do I have two different status updates?

Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken

No history at all. As a comparison, I can see full history about my I-485 and work permit, but nothing more than just CASE RECEIVED for I-785.

We received your case

You do not need to do anything at this time

This is fairly common. In many cases, https://myaccount.uscis.gov/ does not update properly. It is a known glitch with the USCIS system.

Thanks for reply  , I am April Filer  but not received  NOA yet :(

Sorry to hear that. Many April filers are having this issue. Please be patient. Eventually, after enough time has passed they will act on it. they don't do anything until lots of time has passed.

Hi all,

It seems that I didn't save some receipts/theme park tickets from my recent trips. What do I do? I called disneyland to send me a copy of my receipt and they agreed but they can't send it till the park opens. Depending on how long that would be, I don't want to take the chance. Can I just attach my credit card statement and highlight the disneyland transaction?

I am not sure if someone have answered this question. Yes you can use statement. Most important evidence USCIS need are for financial intermingling. You don't have to sweat receipts.

Do we know why randomly cases are getting approved, whiles others still waiting? I can not find the thread where they had a google sheet with statistics about SRC cases?

To understand USCIS random cases approval, one will need the combination of math genius, software developer and a mad scientist.... for example people with similar SRC no to mine have all been approved that ie i check 0, 1, 3, 4, 5 all approved while mine (2) was not

Aw that is a bummer. Unfortunately no formals can determine why exactly they were approved. So all what’s left is to wait patiently
