It's not that big of a deal at least it wasn't for me. I had a full removal of the forbidden Fallopian talk parts and they only kept me for less than 24 hrs including the surgery. That was fine by me because I couldn't get any sleep for being woken up by staff to check one thing or another. I was back working, taking graduate classes and driving in 2 weeks. Looking back I probably should have stayed home another week. 

 

I stopped by to say hello and catch up on everyone. I was officially laid-off as of May 12th. No new students can come in to the country, not enough students already here, cancelled programs and classes, so the Uni said bye bye to the part-time instructors. I seriously doubt if we will ever be recalled. Now waiting on word from unemployment. I did apply for and was awarded an emergency grant from one of my professional groups. Not too shabby.

I have to make an appt after finding a new primary care.  I havent been super happy with my last two OB/GYN and need more thorough dr.

I had my physical yesterday and all my bloodwork came back fine.  They forgot to check my blood sugar so they called the lab to do that.  But I am so happy all was well.  A year ago they diagnosed me with stage 3 kidney disease.  And now with no treatment it shows my kidneys are fine. Don't know how that happens but I am happy.  

 

Right now my husband is pulling out our bed so we can clean under the bed.  My dog Oliver steals everything and takes it under the bed.  And I mean everything - paper, shoes, just found my Nintendo switch and games under there.  There could be a family living under there.  My husband is missing his glasses and hopes to find them under there.  So I guess I should go help him since it IS my dog that made this mess.  Oliver just stole a paper towel out of my hand and ran under the bed with it.  lol

We have mentioned in previous threads that we (of course) have a reserved parking space at our POTS headquarters, duh man.  The HQ also has a Many-story parking garage for employees & visitors, si man.

 

We can rarely use our reserved space because of the hordes of desperate seek-jobbers who supplicate us for employment, pests man.

 

We therefore direct our day's chauffeur (Jeeves or Smedley) to lose these peasants by zooming the POTS limousine up to a random floor of the POTS garage, anonymous there we man.

 

We make a game of charting which floor we park on, and, on each Friday, we see which ZIP Code the numbers of the floors correspond to for that week's parking, fun man.

 

There is no first or Many'th (2x2x2+1th) floor, no man.  If we take a day off, we assign a 0, sensible man.

My little sister is an MD and in CO, but she doesn't deliver babies anymore ...

 

/and sister-in-law is also a doc, but she never delivered babies, and is in Russia ...

I cant have babies.  It would be a miracle. I just need a yearly physical that includes routine bloodwork and answers to questions or someone who's willing to say, lets figure it out, instead of meh.

Stormed like the holiest of all illegitimate-male-children deluges this afternoon, more possible tonight man.

Meanwhile, we and Mini-B. have been doing some male bonding, we with wee man.

Mini-B. showed us some lengthy video that included raining cheeseburgers, whatever man.

We've been prepping Mini-B. for bed and putting him to sleep, prep we wee man for zzz man*.
