I read that all of the following are required to get a visa:

  • Hepatitis A
  • Hepatitis B
  • Influenza
  • Influenza type b (Hib)
  • Measles
  • Meningococcal
  • Mumps
  • Pneumococcal
  • Pertussis
  • Polio
  • Rotavirus
  • Rubella
  • Tetanus and diphtheria toxoids
  • Varicella

The beneficiary does not have either of these. Would they give him all of these shots at his medical appointment? It seems like a lot.

Not all of those are necessary for everyone. Here is the link to the page with the chart on which immunizations are required for whom. Scroll to see the chart.

https://www.cdc.gov/immigrantrefugeehealth/exams/ti/panel/vaccination-panel-technical-instructions.html#tbl1

When my husband (then fiance) saw that list, he got nervous, then found out he only needed two of them.

Vaccinations are age-based and availability-based. Most of the time, if applicants don't have vaccinations, then the doctor will administer them based on age. However, in some cases, certain vaccines aren't available and may not be administered (e.g. a certain vaccine isn't available in a certain country and therefore waived). However, overall most people will end up getting 2-3 different ones based on age. Only when you walk up to the doctor and they ask questions will they be able to tell you which vaccines you need.

I learned the hard way, I hope YOU don't have to. Advice: learn, learn, learn.

they said is aged based, my 18 years old daughter got 11 of this vaccinations and yes all the same day... she spend a week feeling sick

Why was she given 11 vaccines?? There are only 4 vaccines required for 18-64 year olds, 3 if it is not flu season.

I dont know if it is about money here in Peru, but the medical test is 550 dollars and each vaccination is about 50 dollars... and they said she needs all the 11, even she got some of them when she was tiny as government requirement ... was a bad experience, but else to do?

Sounds like malpractice to me. She only needed MMR, chicken pox, tdap, and the flu shot as Niklr mentioned above since ages 18-64 all require the same vaccines

To clarify,

MMR = Mumps/Measles/Rubella - this is a combo vaccination.

Tdap - Tetanus/diphtheria/Pertussis (whooping cough)

Varicella = chicken pox

Flu = Influenza

https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/vpd/vaccines-age.html [recommended vaccines by age]

age 18 may require the hep A and Hep B.  If they were required then yes, the vaccines should have been spread out because that's a big hit to the immune system in one day.  Plus MMR, Tdap, hep A and B both require boosters if you've never that the vaccine before, about a month after the initial vaccination.
