If your receipt number begins with WAC then that is the California service center. That's where 99% of K1 petitions go CSC for short. Congratulations.

Thank you it does begin with WAC. Does it mean it has already been sent to California from Texas?

Yes it is routed to CSC  via Texas not transferred.

Hi everyone. I sent my I-129f Monday Dec. 2nd. Arrived at Texas lockbox Thursday Dec. 5th. Received my NOA1 today Dec. 10th via text. Got a receipt number that I typed into the USCIS site to get more info on my case. But no where it says what my service center is. Do I have to wait until the NOA comes in the mail to find out?

Congrats! Mine arrived on Thursday as well but I haven't heard anything yet.

Mine is also a WAC, I figured that's the norm now. But still appreciative as California seems to be processing them quicker. Still waiting on the hard copy. 🙂

Still a little early to receive anything.

A little housekeeping is in order if you please. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

Thanks

California has always adjudicated the I-129f for as long as I can remember. So nothing new nor should you be concerned.

Some years ago it was Vermont or California and the petitions were getting routed based on the state you lived in. That was back in 2011. 😄

I’m right there with you. Mine arrived Thursday at 3am. My check was cashed yesterday morning at 4am and I also attached the form to receive a email or text. No NOA1 yet so I’ll just keep waiting.
