If he's on paid vacation, he should still be getting paystubs.

 

If he's on unpaid vacation, his income for the year is not going to be what it was.  You could end with a problem and may have to look for another JS.

Not on paid vacation. But, income would be enough. Since he and his wife makes average $1,33,677 for past two years

Since he is submitting based on his work income, you will need paystubs.  Seems like he is on an unpaid sabbatical.  Hard to distinguish if he's on a sabbatical or no longer is working.  If you can't provide paystubs, he could be rejected as a Joint Sponsor.

He can provide income details in job letter. He is Just on leave and will be back in few week. But, based on his income that would be enough. Since he and his wife makes average $1,33,677 for past two years

Best you can provide are paystubs prior to his unpaid break. Judgement call by the CO, but I would not personally be optimistic. How do they know that he is currently earning that or if it's seasonal work, he got laid off, etc.? Try to look at it from the CO's perspective who does not know him personally...just that he is not currently earning income.

Edit: And yes, waiting until he returns back to work would be preferable IMHO.

I just saw your spouse is from Pakistan. That’s already going to be an uphill battle -you should really make sure you are submitting what is needed and not giving them an easy reason to deny you.

1,33,667 is not a number.  No matter how many times it gets typed on this thread.

You need some proof of ongoing income for your joint sponsor.  I would have assumed it was attached to the affidavit he prepared for you?
