Your petition is no longer usable, it has been denied. If you wish you can file a new petition. Expect a similar process and similar wait time for the new petition to process.

You have had 3 pages of replies.  Maybe you should spend a couple hundred bucks for an attorney to tell you.

You were denied based on what you submitted.  The petition(s) is(are) dead.

You going to be able to get and send to them approved DNA results within 30 days? That seems your only avenue to stop this being a final decision, if I understand correctly what they said.

30 days deadline is for appealing. We will appeal saying that we can prove the relationship by giving dna. If they accept we will send them dna according to their deeadline of sending evidence which we dont know now. A new lawyer is handling the case. So i cant tell now what the actual process is. Lets see. Pray for us. Thanks

Hopefully your lawyer can argue that, as you don’t and won’t have the evidence before the deadline. Good luck.

Can we be able to send dna within 20 days? And does dna considered as documentation?

You mean send it within 20 days after the initial 30 days has already passed?
