Hi Everyone, My spouse and I are finalising our I130 form (online filing). When viewing the Draft Case Snapshot, we can see that the petitioner's additional address and work history from the last 5 years is running over the end of the page, so you can't see or read all the information. Is this an issue, and how do we resolve it? Second, we have put 'XXXX - PRESENT' for current work and address. However, 'PRESENT' does not appear in the relevant box on the Draft Case Snapshot. Instead it is blank. Is there a way to fix this? Third, is it okay if some of our evidence and the I130A were signed and dated a few days before the filing? E.g. if our I130A is signed and dated 5th November and we file 12th Nov? Thanks so much! -
Hi to everyone. I wish to know if Im in the rage of processing time. I filed i130 on March 9, 2021. On June 9 2021 I received a notice the my case is being reviewed. Since then ai have no received anything else fron USCIS. My case apparently was transferred without notice from Nebraska to Texas. Am I still in time or should I sent an e-request to them? How long can it take from "reviewed " to approval? I also did an i129 for k3 on September 2021 to se if I can push my case. -
On March 9, 2021 I filed I130 and received on June 9, 2021 a notice that my case is being reviewed. I till I haven't received further notice about my case. Previously, I contacted USCIS and they said that my case was in Texas when at first it was in Nebraska. Is my case in the processing time? When is the time to fill in this form on the attachment I uploaded? I even filed a 129f k3 for spouse. I really just want her close.
