You mean How long did it take for the I-129F to get denied and the I-130 approved? They wont be approving any I-129F. They deny and usually within 1 to 7 days the I-130 is approved, if this happens.

I don't know but I think the I-129f has pretty much stopped helping speed things up. I would like to hear others tell how long it took for it to be denied and the I-130 approved. They have had my I-130 since May and my I-129f since Oct. 14th. Just curious.

@Sea Leslie, when did you sent your i-129f? I sent mine October 10th and also still no response. @Patricia Owuh

 

would be a very nice xmas present though if it does happen this month...

I know 3 people filed in May. I-129F in November and got approved in about 3 to 4 weeks time. It's happening. Just sporaic

I sent in the i-130 in June 2019 and then submitted the I-129F in August 2019

My I-129F was denied and my I-130 was approved the same day of the denial...

My petition was at Nebraska for 5 and a half months when I sent my I129f, I130 approved and I129f denied 50 days after my I129f was sent, 7 months after my I130 was sent. But I have seen some peoples take up to 90+ days

Our CR1 Journey:

 

USCIS Stage:

  • Feb 14 2019: NOA1 (NSC)
  • July 31 2019: I129f NOA1
  • Sep 19 2019: I129f NOA2 (Denied - 50 days from NOA1)
  • Sep 19 2019: I130 NOA2 (Approved - 217 days from NOA1)

 

NVC Stage:

  • Sep 27 2019: Sent to Department of State
  • Oct 31 2019: Case number received (34 days since sent)
  • Nov 1 2019: IV & AOS fees received & paid
  • Nov 14 2019: IV & AOS submitted
  • Dec 18 2019: All docs accepted, but one additional doc requested (5 weeks from submission)
  • Dec 18 2019: Requested doc submitted
  • Feb 19 2020: Documentarily Qualified (9 weeks from 2nd submission, 14 weeks from first submission)

 

Interview Stage:

  • Mar 11 2020: Interview letter received
  • Apr 1 2020: Interview date
  • Mar 17 2020: Interview cancelled due to COVID-19
  • August 3 2020: Rescheduled letter received, new appointment August 25 2020
  • August 25 2020: Visa approved at interview! (558 days from NOA1)
  • September 10 2020: Embassy received passport in mail
  • September 15 2020: Passport with visa in hand

 

October 11 2020: Arrived in US!

They have had our I-129f for 73 days now without denial, and our I-130 for 210 days. In just a couple of days it will be 7 months with no word.
