Sorry I meant to ask if that date is the prediction for the NOA2

It is a prediction but only can be accurate if all are imputing their individual experience. You can use it as a gauge but don't be alarmed if it is not accurate but it does give you somewhat of an idea.

Your a prime example why it's not accurate as you have NO timeline. Help the rest of us and complete your profile. Here are the instructions.

Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

Thanks

I understand that, I have been on VJ for a couple months but I decided I will update my timeline once we file our K1 petition at the end of this month.

Hey everybody! Mailed in the app on Nov 1, still haven't heard a peep! No delivery confirmation...nothing.

Hope to hear something soon so I can start our timeline.

Well, did you send the package with signature required or some type of tracking? Check the courier and see if it was delivered and signed for. Has your check been cashed? Check with your bank. Each of these are forerunners to receiving your NOA1.

No signature but it has tracking. It's just lost in space right now with no USPS update. The check hasn't been cashed yet. I'm sure it will update soon, I was just expected it to get there by now considering it was only supposed to take two days.

That's strange, it should not take 12 days to deliver a package via USPS.  I don't know if you did priority but it only took me two days to deliver.  You might wanna follow up on this with USPS.

I think so too. I followed up today but no call back from the post office. It departed the Dallas Distribution Center on the 4th and that's the last I've heard.

Yea that sounds like an unreasonable delivery time.  Hope they figure it out for you!

It maybe sitting there and they haven't "touched it". This is going to be a long process so I can only say patience is what will get you through this. Welcome to the thread and we are glad you are here.

Yes it is for the NOA 2. But please do not rely on the VJ estimated adjudication. Mine is 5.5 weeks past due of my estimated date and still counting. Do yourself a favor and don’t get your hopes up with this date !

That's what I'm hoping.

I appreciate it! This site has helped us a lot and I'm sure it will continue to do so.
