Hello everyone,

I am looking for a forum for November 2019 AOS filer. Would you be able to send me a link if this group exist?

Also would you have any suggestion for the best format to submit the AOS (binder, envelop..) knowing that  I-485, I-765 and I-131 are processed separately?

Thank you,

There you go.

I often keep preaching out patience and so that you all know; I am about to hit third week since I sent my AOS application. It reached October 17th. If anyone else is in my situation; you are not alone! We will get there!

Thank you,

I put each packet of documents in separate envelopes and put all three in one large envelope. I followed the same format as a person from YouTube.

I put the package the following way:

I-485

I-765

I-131

I-864  Petitioner

Copy of supporting Tax documents - Petitioner

Proof of current employment -petitioner

Copy of Certificate of Naturalization - Petitioner

Copy of passport - Beneficiary

 Copy of K1 visa beneficiary

Copy of I-94 Beneficiary

Copy of Birth certificate beneficiary

Copy of marriage certificate

 Copy of vaccination record (beneficiary)

Copy of  Benefit Change Form listing beneficiary

Copy of joined lease

Copy of bank account summary (beneficiary)

copy of flight records for shared trips

copy of amazon purchases from beneficiary to petitioner

Copy of wedding invitation

copy of wedding photos and photos with friends and family

Filing fee

passport photos

This is how my cover letter looked like.

I put separators after each document - for example I-485 (separator) I-131 (separator) so on and forth.

Hope this helps!

You are very lucky! Did you use Fedex or USPS to mail out your application? I am starting to wonder if the carrier makes a difference! Good for you! :)

I saw that the USCIS check payment just hit our account this morning. 😁

Our paperwork was delivered back on 10/21.  Still waiting for confirmation texts, but I'm assuming that should arrive in the next few days.
