Congrats! Ours is on Nov 4th at 8:00 AM at Dhaka.

Yes you will get an interview letter usually comes 24 to 48 hours after they schedule you.

Nope you don't need anything for the baby. But I864 needs to be updated for household size.

I used the link at the beginning of this thread. Selected date and filled out remaining info. I noticed it didn't update excel. I guess you updated manually?

But you used not your VJ name. It's only by chance I was reading the thread and saw same dates and figured it was you. Otherwise I would have not added you.

Yes all forms go to a spreadsheet that I have to check and verify each person make sure it's legit then I copy paste.

Question - Whoever received IL, did you get A - ##### at the bottom of the letter? That is actually alian registration number which is green card. I wonder if they generate them in advance.

Just print the email. She will need it for the medical and also the interview. Make sure you guys follow the instructions sheet for Dhaka embassy.

no they do not that's a waste. You have to be approved and be processed through the POE to generate a green card. A# isn't a green card.

Congrats on your baby! So we didn't have a kid between NVC and the interview but I did move back to the US and got a new job. I emailed my husband's consulate and they said he was able to bring an updated I864 to his interview. We didn't upload it anywhere, they just took it at his interview. It all worked out, and he's arriving on Saturday!

what happens if the police certificate expires before the interview? I noticed it has a 3 month validity. We got it during the nvc doc stage but it’ll be expired by the time we interview.

Just go n update it...you'll need to go to the interview with an updated police clearance certificate...
