Delivered (Lewisville)= Oct 23 ,2019

Until now, no Text, email or hardcopy of NOA 1.

Anyone with the same case as me?

believe me there are hundreds who have had the same situation as you. I would expect that you will hear from them this week. Have they signed for your package? Have they cashed your check or taken you credit card and charged you? If both are true then soon. This is going to be a long process and  you are going to need lots of patience to get through it. Just saying.

NOTE:

Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

Thanks

I know.... just that in the GC I'm in they receive their NOA in just 4-7 days, so makes me wonder if there might be problem in our petition or maybe others outside the GC have the same case as me. I'll just have to wait and pray.

Rule number one don't  compare your case to others each case stands on it's own merits. Being from Philippines  (case wise) you'll  possibly  have plenty to stress about as the months go by. Pace yourself itll be fine we are here to help and guide you. It'll be a quick ride don't  worry.

How so? I thought the U.S. Embassy in Manila is fairly easy.

It is fairly easy if you have your stuff together and tight, but there are also many snags that can happen along the way and not all of them are the petitioner's fault.

Is there anything in particular that I should be on the look out for?

I'm the beneficiary.

Ahh very good, it is most beneficial when the beneficiary is taking an active part in the process as displayed by you being here on VJ. First I would recommend you read, read and read again Hank's publication on the PH process. I found it spot on on quite a few details of my K1 PH process. I can not imagine though you not already being familiar with @Hank_ it's sort of like required reading for the PH process. Second stay engaged no matter how long the process turns out to be. Third always have a back up plan in other words expect the unexpected. Lastly help your petitioner by relaying and passing on things you learn or have heard in your travels off and on VJ. So far you are off to a good start in your attitude very good!!!!!

You are close now and should be hearing something soon, we are here with you whenever you need help. Ohhh and also be a regular visitor on the PH specific forum!!!!!

Thank you for the advice! I appreciate it! I hope that your Adjustment of Status is going well!

And, yes, @Hank_'s website is definitely a required reading!
