We just received an email notifying us that our I-129F was approved!   USCIS received it October 4th, NOA1 date was October 9th, NOA2 date is January 16th. That's 99 days from NOA1 to NOA2 a

It's  ok no harm no foul just get back on the saddle as soon as you can fix what was wrong and re submit. Did you send the correct  fee?

Citizenship Complete!

I am so sorry! I know you're probably stressed out right now. I hope you're able to fix your packet and send it out back ASAP! Did you suspect you guys did something wrong?

 

Curious question though, you mentioned on Sunday that you didn't receive any NOA1/text/email so how were you able to retrieve that information from the website about your case if you didn't get the case #? Did they cash your check?

We don't know yet the exact reason, my gut feel is the address. But not sure. My F called USCIS yesterday and that is when we knew that it was rejected and they gave the wac # to my F. 

 

I will update once we receive the returned packet. 

We paid through CC and we submitted the form. They didn't charge us yet.

You just have to complete your profile, under Immigration Info. It's not part of the timeline.

 

Seeing your country's flag just makes it easier for everyone to know where you are (applying) from. Which, in turn, helps us help you if or when you have a country/embassy/consulate specific question.
