FWIW, my wife got the letters on Saturday; card should have been with them, but was delayed somewhere along the line and should be here today.

We only got the AP today or maybe Saturday and the letter said EAD will be sent separately. It says approved on that also online so maybe the card will be with that one.

Or everyone that files for EAD/AP gets a combo card?

EAD should say "Serves as I-512 Advance Parole":

Sometimes USCIS doesn't do it as a combo card and the EAD says "Not valid for reentry to U.S.":

A standalone Advance Parole document:

If you have Informed Delivery from USPS, you should see the card appear in your package dashboard.

Did she get hers? Our status now says "card was mailed to me" but no tracking information still.

Yeah; there was a priority mail envelope in the mail yesterday. You should get an update with a tracking number soon (or at least the "old" site does with one of the updates along that line if it updates at all).

Old site is the "Check Case Status" link from the USCIS home page - https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

New site is the site that needs two-factor authentication. https://myaccount.uscis.gov/
