Event Description

Embassy Review : Hi vj friends! This is based during my visa interview in us embassy manila, so this is exclusive for those who take their interview at us embassy manila, and because my English is limited I would like to write down tagalog language. Thank you for understanding😊

Ang interview schedule ko ay November 27,2018 8:40am, at dahil taga probinsya ako, I stayed at Red planet hotel which is good at malinis din.. I arrived at us embassy around 7:50am sa unang security na masasalobong mo may nakalagay na date at time schedule and it was 8:45am which means pwd na makapasok at ung unang security guard he checked my interview appointment schedule, then he let me pass through, 2nd security officer kukunin nila ung interview appointment schedule then they will remind about kung ano ang mga bawal, then sa right side they will ask your ds160 for k1 visa at passport at bibigyan ka ng ziplock na doon ilalagay ang passport na naka open sa biopage ang makikita at ibinalik ang ds 160 ko na may sticker na meron barcode number at complete name, (don't you worry hindi ka mawawala kasi meron mga nag bibigay ng guide at instructions) so procced ako sa loob na security scanner, after that pasok ka na naman your don na ang final security, then meron mga guiders they will ask kung ano visa category, so don ako sa immigrant and finance visa na side. Before sa prescreening make sure to prepare all the requirements para d kana ma hassle kung san pa nakalagay because yan ang ginawa ko dahil marami pang kasunod sa akin, at every screening they will ask your ds160,and they will return back it to you after every step.

prescreening:
FF requirements submitted: all originals

1.Mrv slip receipt
2.nbi clearance
3.passport (inside the ziplock)
4.birth certificate from PSA
5.certificate of no marriage (cenomar) from PSA
6.medical result (do not include the disc and vaccination record because it's our copy)

Questions Filipino consul:

1.name of the petitioner
2.where and when we did meet
3.address where I will stay at USA
4.petitioners job
5.petitioners work address
6.petitioners home address.

He returned back my ds 160

2nd step: finger print scan
No question

Last step: interview and hand over the ds160 sa consul

Questions asked from American consul

1:my name
2.name of the petitioner
3.where and when we did meet
4.how many times he did visit me
5.how long is his visits
6.plans about wedding in the US
7.how old am I
8.how old is my fiance

That's it! The consul said congratulations you are approved he gave me 2pamphlets and little paper for visa delivery information, and he didn't ask any further proof of relationship or documents he just ask me questions and I was relived and blessed! I hope my experienced will hope you and lessen your worries because I've been there and I was so anxious but after interview i am so happy and over joyed! God bless

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
