Congratulations!!! How did you get NOA2 notice? Email? Text? What website?

A text that it was updated then checked their website for status. Approved. Then few minutes later an email stating we got approved. 🥳

Was it the same for noa1? Cuz we submitted form to notify us through text and email, and did not receive it for noa1. Now we are still waiting for noa2, since sept 20th

I didn’t get an email for noa1.

i think it might be cause i created an uscis account and enabled the notifications there for both sms and email.

I received a text message for my NOA1 through submitting form G-1145 with the I-129F, but this was a separate process. I received NOA2 notification because I created a USCIS account and requested SMS notifications. It just notified me there was an update to the application, and then I logged onto the site to see we were approved. Have you tried entering your receipt number on the USCIS website?

Thank you both. I’ve been searching On USCIS page but not sure how to do that.

EDIT: Just found it. Thank you

Got a RFE :( I think I did the dates the wrong way around on my passport pic so it appears to be 6 months old. Silly mistake on my part

Tenho uma RFE :( , acho que fiz as datas da maneira errada na foto do meu passaporte, então parece que ela tem 6 meses. Erro bobo da minha parte

That's nice.  You will correct and send the answer to them.  Soon you will receive your noa2.

Hello everyone. I’m a Sept filer too :) my timeline is updated. Hope our case is shipped to UAE on Jan 21 in next batch since we have a case number from NVC. Now another wait on packet 3 😂❤️  Good luck to everyone.

Here is what is needed for the UAE.

Don't do anything in advance until the case is ready at embassy and the embassy sends you an email to the petitioner to follow these steps for Scheduling interview, Medical exam, police clearance etc.  Usually takes about 2 months to receive.

P3 Letter

You should go to your sub-forum website here http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/97-middle-east-and-north-africa/ and here is a recent thread for some who are processing a K-1 and their recent experience (see below).

Also, more info here from your portal http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/index.php?ctry=United

A wealth of information on this thread

If you find anything not up to date or the information is wrong, please share your findings. Please compare the date of the P3 of mine with the date from your copy, once you receive yours from your embassy. Keep in mind that I try and be factual with my information, but I can't do it on my own and that's where you come in and can give back to the community those who come behind you. Without others ahead of you I would not be able to provide this to you.  I can only share factual information if folks like you continue to be my eyes and ears for your embassy. I wish you much success in your visa journey.

We need a little housekeeping on your end. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

Thanks

This is actually being a big mess of work flow! Completely not understandable that they are approving cases from October and still not have been done with September! UNBELIEVABLE! 😡

Yeah, I agree. You'd think they'd make sure each month is done first.

I've given up looking, and just assuming it will take the max amount of months (7 right?) this way I don't get sad when others who have filed weeks after I did get approved.

Eventually we will all be accepted. Just gotta wait it out, and hope the people who have our file on their desk hurry up. OR hope they didn't lose it somehow, which I sometimes wonder since some of the numbers before and after me were approved (based off the app).

Anyway. Good luck to everyone still waiting!
